Returns and Refunds
Vintage Palm Springs is happy to accept returns as we want you to love the items as much as we do! We limit our return and refund approvals to items with damages or fit issues. Customer pays for return shipping on and return requests for personal preferences will not be approved.
If you need to return an item you must contact our shop regarding the reason of return within 5 days of tracking receipt delivery of the item to you. All returns must be postmarked and in transit to our location within 7 business days of tracking receipt delivery of the item to you. Please provide photo documentation of any damages with the request.
Although we do our best to write out thorough descriptions and sizes, any questions regarding color, size, measurements, shipping, fabric etc are welcomed and encouraged! Because all of our items are vintage, they are at least 30 years old. If there are any product damages or flaws, they will be noted in the description and photographed in our images. All of our items are accurately described and measured.
It’s also great to remember that vintage sizes do not correspond with today’s sizes. Please read and thoroughly understand the measurements listed and not just the size listed on the garment tag.

All items are shipped from Palm Springs, CA within 2-3 days of your purchase date. You will receive tracking confirmation via email.
